Saturday Summer Goals
Pilates 101 is a perfect introductory Pilates class. We will focus on the Pilates Principles using the Wunda Chair and the classic mat sequence. Learning the benefits of Breathing in Pilates Movement, this small group class will help develop a strong inner core while helping sculpt long, lean muscles, perfect for a ​new Pilates student!
