With the equipment, student’s beginner and advanced will use Pilates equipment and incorporate Joseph Pilates' mat work into each session. By using spring resistance, Pilates challenges your muscles to work in two ways releasing and contracting. You’ll stretch longer and deeper and create stable joints that are more balanced and resistant to injury. Athletes and dancers love it, as do seniors, men, women rebounding from pregnancy and people who at various stages of physical rehabilitation.
We offer Private and small group equipment training. Small groups allow us to provide more focused attention to the participant’s goals than traditional large classes. Helping you to define your personal goals, these sessions can be tailored to your individual needs at our full service studio.
All instructors at the studio are classically trained in Pilates. To keep up on teaching techniques everyone attends continuing education courses and also takes lessons with classical Pilates instructors.
